Ireland is composed of four provinces or 32 counties (Ulster, Munster, Leinster and Connacht). The Pub is traditionally seen in Ireland as a local point in the community and/or culture. It is a place where friends new and old meet to exchange news, gossip, jokes and generally indulge in a bit of 'craic', listen to or play music. All ages and social groups mix freely together on any given night of the year. St. Patrick's Day (Patron Saint of Ireland) - 17th of March is the most celebrated of them all.
